Summary: I enjoyed an amazing getaway with a friend. We each enjoyed our own separate living accommodation. Daphne, the properties hostess was phenomenal and attentive to any of our needs. Only recommendation would be that children under the age of eight might not be appropriate for sleeping upstairs on their own as you have to get there with a spiral staircase, which could be a little unsafe for the littlest in your group.

Summary: Overall the property is great. We booked two story villas that are higher up the hill and have in room laundry. Everything was great but the French side of the island kept losing water. These units do not have tanks so it was unfortunate and after 3 days they were ablt to move us to another unit with water storage so we had water for the rest of the stay even though the island water remained unreliable. Communication during this was very good. Delphine was very supportive. Aside from the water issues, both rooms were very clean and well maintained with full kitchens and dohes/glassware etc. Both rooms had great views fo the bay Hotel has a restaurant available for lunch and breakfast, it was great. They also have a market, a barkery and a couple restaurants a short walk away. Only other thing to be careful with is the mattresses. Our first room 407 had a great mattress, but the second room (301) was a rather firm, I know some like that. I would recommend and we will try and return on our next trip to Sint Maarten

Summary: We loved our stay here! Delphine was very attentive. Check-in was super easy. The condo had everything you need for a stay. The view was absolutely spectacular! A grocery store and 2 excellent restaurants were around the corner with a breakfast/lunch place right outside the gate. The pool was immaculate. The neighborhood was so cute. We would absolute stay here again.

Summary: Clean spacious room with great amenities and in a quiet area of the island; while still being able to access other areas very quickly (get a rental car). Daily hikes at the nature preserve at the end of the street and a nice cafe restaurant on-site. Don’t miss out on Mama Pizza just down the road as well!

Summary: The hotel is excellent, but Travelocity has a misleading description about the beach.there is no beach, only ruins.To get somewhere from this area you definitely need a car.If I knew such a thing, I wouldn't book this hotel because driving in another country is not a good option for me.

Summary: My husband and I really(!) enjoyed our 5 night stay here, which was actually unplanned (we hated to leave St. Martin after our 10 nights in Orient Bay, so we got very lucky to book this property on a whim). We visited it a day before our reservation to scope it out. I wasn't sure I would like it because the surrounding area felt somewhat unsafe with abandoned properties due to the hurricane, but it was typical of many areas on the island, if not nicer. Once we met the owner and saw some of the property, we were convinced it would be ok. It turned out to be so much better than expected! We had a nice, large, ground-level room with a view of the pool and the ocean! It was well-equipped and very comfortable. We had a lovely patio to sit and have our morning coffee and meals. It was especially wonderful at night because the pool looked gorgeous and inviting (our original rental did not have a pool or a view of the ocean)! The owner, Delphine, was a joy and extremely attentive (hearing her laugh made our stay even better!). Although we struggled a bit with the wi-fi, it was not unexpected given the area, and we weren't there to watch tv or stay on our phones anyway, so not a deal-breaker. There's a yummy French cafe adjacent to the property (breakfast and lunch only), and a very nice bakery/convenience store close by, which we frequented almost every day. On-site , deep, well-kept pool was my favorite amenityall, we were extremely happy with our stay and will absolutely go back!!

Summary: Spatios appartement. King bed and sofa bed if u need. Kitchen and terrasse to enjoy breakfast. Pool to jump in if u like it. Breakfast and lunch restaurant on the premises. French grocerie 5 min walk.
